Shipping policy

Due to recent challenges with Spanish customs regulations, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to deliver to Spain at this time.

Spanish customs authorities have been returning supplements from the USA, making it unreliable for us to ensure timely deliveries to our customers in Spain. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we understand the disappointment this may bring.

1. International Shipping Costs

One of the first things to consider when delving into international shipping is that it will be expensive. The cost of shipping products overseas can vary significantly based on the destination and the order's weight.

2. Customs Duties and Taxes

When shipping products internationally from the United States, it's vital to understand that international customers will be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receiving their orders. These charges are not determined by SWOLIO SHOP and cannot be prepaid by us or by you, the merchant. Instead, the end customers are responsible for covering these costs themselves.

When setting up or editing your account, please keep in mind that customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price.

Each country a product is imported to has its own tax and duty thresholds.

3. Possible Delivery Delays

While FedEx may promise quick delivery times, it's important to be aware that delays can occur, particularly due to customs clearance processes. Customs authorities in different countries have their own procedures and timelines for inspecting and releasing incoming shipments. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond the control of both SWOLIO SHOP and the carrier.

To manage customer expectations, provide estimated delivery times that consider the possibility of customs-related delays.

4. Product Restrictions

Before you start buying products internationally, you must ensure that the SWOLIO SHOP products offered are not restricted or prohibited in the countries you plan to target. SWOLIO SHOP, as a platform, does not assume responsibility for checking product restrictions before shipping your orders.

If customs authorities in a destination country refuse an order due to product restrictions, it is important to note that such orders are not eligible for a refund.

Therefore, it is your responsibility as a merchant to research and understand any product restrictions that may apply to your international shipments. Staying informed about these regulations can help you avoid issues and provide a better shopping experience for the customer.

* Shipments sent to US military bases can not be delivered.
